Vacation Blueprint is Village on Vacation’s custom itinerary-planning service for travelers who want the research and decisions simplified but will make their own final bookings. The current $149 founding-client rate covers personalized trip strategy, a day-by-day plan, dining and experience recommendations, and priorities for what to book first, soon or later.
A clear plan for the organizer who still wants the reins
You may enjoy booking the trip but not the hours of comparing options or figuring out which decisions depend on each other. A Blueprint gives the trip structure while leaving the final bookings with you.
We start with who is coming, your dates or date range, budget context, interests and non-negotiables. The aim is a plan that fits your group, not a packed schedule for its own sake.

What is not the same as a confirmed booking?
An itinerary recommendation is not a reservation, ticket or availability guarantee. You make the final bookings and review the applicable supplier prices and terms. Travel costs are separate from the planning fee.

How does the $149 rate work?
$149 is the current founding-client planning rate advertised by Village on Vacation, not the cost of the trip. Before you pay, we will confirm that the scope fits your request and clarify the applicable terms, delivery timing and any revision arrangements. No turnaround or revision allowance is implied here.
Blueprint or full group support?
Choose Blueprint when you are comfortable booking and communicating with your travelers. Discuss The Village Experience when you want help managing those responsibilities. If you only need accommodation, Your Village Stay is the focused starting point.
Can a Blueprint work for a family trip or celebration?
Yes—start by sharing the group’s needs and the kind of experience you want. A multigenerational trip may need different pacing; a friends’ celebration may need clear shared and optional activities. Fit depends on the actual request, which we’ll discuss before confirming the scope.
