The Village Experience is for the organizer who wants support beyond a set of recommendations. Village on Vacation helps with trip planning, reservation and booking support, traveler details, deadlines and itinerary logistics. The current advertised rate is $29 per traveler with a six-person minimum; confirm your trip’s scope before proceeding.
What does the service include?
The service builds on Vacation Blueprint with booking support and group coordination. We start with your travelers, budget context and priorities, then clarify who is responsible for each part of the trip. Families and celebration groups can explore the planning guides for a useful starting point.
What remains subject to supplier terms?
Rates, availability, payment methods, cancellation conditions and change requests depend on the supplier and actual booking. Planning support does not guarantee refunds, upgrades or another traveler’s payment. Travel costs are separate from the planning fee.
Would Blueprint be enough?
